Granite Shield nets nine in Nashua

NASHUA — Nine people have been arrested in the latest set of apprehensions related to the state-funded Operation Granite Shield drug enforcement initiative.

On March 12 and 13, Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and the Problem Oriented Policing and Traffic Enforcement units arrested Aaron Jones, Emmanuel Colon, Chad Landry, Miguel Perry, Breana Groves, Ryan Luther, Christopher Kerr, Mariah Peters, and Dwayne Griffith.

Aaron Jones, 43, 108 North St., Claremont, was arrested for felony heroin sales, Jones was released on bail pending future arraignment.

Emmanuel Colon, 26, Lawrence, Mass., was arrested for three counts felony heroin sales. Colon was released on bail pending future arraignment.

Chad Landry, 35, of 63 Chestnut St., 1st Floor, Nashua, was arrested for three counts of acts prohibited, sale of a controlled drug, heroin, second offense, acts prohibited, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, heroin, second offense, Felony, and acts prohibited, possession of a controlled drug, heroin, second offense, felony, stemming from a drug investigation within the city of Nashua. Landry was held on bail pending his arraignment on a future date.

Miguel Perry, 25, no fixed address, Nashua, was arrested for two counts of felony heroin sales in Nashua. Perry was held on bail pending future arraignment.

Breauna Groves, 21, 31a Quail Run Road, Hudson, was arrested for two counts of felony heroin sales and one count of ossession of heroin with intent to distribute. Groves was released on bail pending future arraignment.

Ryan Luther, 26, 493 Spruce St., Manchester, was arrested for felony sale of heroin 2nd offense, felony possession of heroin 2nd offense, and resisting detention. Luther was held on bail pending future arraignment.

Christopher Kerr, 50, 22 Central St., Nashua, was arrested on a Capias warrant stemming from an investigation into manufacture of a controlled drug. Kerr was held on bail pending future arraignment.

Mariah Peters, 19, no fixed address, Nashua, was arrested on a Capias warrant stemming from possession of controlled drugs. Peters was held on bail pending future arraignment.

Dwayne Griffith, 34, of 60 Appleton St., Apt. 3, Manchester, was arrested on two counts of felony sale of crack cocaine and one count of felony possession of crack with intent to distribute. Griffith was released on bail pending his arraignment on a future date.
