HINSDALE — A Hinsdale man already imprisoned for sexually molesting a boy in a bathroom has pleaded guilty to charges he touched another boy in the woods.
Jason Dresser, 25, of 38 Gateway Drive, entered into a plea agreement during a hearing last week in which he pleaded guilty to second-degree assault. One count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault was dropped by prosecutors.
According to court records, Dresser was accused of leading the boy into the woods to perform sexual acts on him in July 2016. He was sentenced to two to four years in prison, suspended for five years.
Dresser is currently serving time in Vermont after being convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior with a child, sexual exploitation and luring a child. That sentence is for up to 12 years in prison, with all but 31 months suspended.
Dresser was already convicted for sexually assaulting a boy in Massachusetts when he was 17 years old, according to a report in the Brattleboro Reformer. He was arrested in 2017 for allegedly assaulting a boy in a Brattleboro bathroom, according to the Reformer.
