HINSDALE — A man already in prison for sexually molesting a boy in a bathroom pleaded guilty to charges he touched another boy in the woods in Hinsdale.
Jason Dresser, 25, with an address listed as 38 Gateway Drive in Hinsdale, entered into a plea agreement during a hearing last week in which he pleaded guilty to second degree assault, while one count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault was dropped by prosecutors.
According to court records, Dresser was originally accused of leading a boy by the hand into the woods to molest him in July of 2016. His sentence is for 2-4 years in prison, all suspended for a period of five years.
Dresser is currently serving prison time in Vermont after being convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior with a child, sexual exploitation, and luring a child. That sentence is for up to 12 years in prison, with all but the first 31 months suspended.
