MANCHESTER -- Department of Corrections officials said that a minimum-security resident of Calumet Transitional Housing Unit failed to return Sunday night.
Theodore Brown, 32, was placed on “escape” status at 8:41 p.m. after failing to return at the agreed-upon time of 8 p.m.
Brown is described as an African-American male, 6 foot, 3 inches tall and 245 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. DOC officials said he has a tattoo on his right forearm which says, “Aaliyah” and another on his upper left arm that says, “MOB”.
According to a DOC news release, Brown was sentenced to 2½ to six years in prison for assault charges. His minimum parole date was Dec. 22, with a current maximum release date of June 24, 2023.
