NASHUA — Police arrested and charged Thursday a 28-year-old local man and convicted sex offender with failing to notify that he’d changed his address and job.

Eric Roman, 3 Strawberry Bank Rd., Unit 10, was arrested just before noon Thursday.

Police said Roman was convicted in December 2008 of aggravated felonious sexual assault and as a result was required to register quarterly as a sex offender for life.

In this matter, Roman faced two Class B felonies, one failing to inform about his change of address and the other not telling local police that his employment status had changed.

He faces up to seven years in prison for each offense, exclusive of fines.

He was released on personal recognizance bail and his arraignment was scheduled for March 28.
