The driver of a tractor-trailer was arrested for DWI on Saturday on I-89

State police arrested the driver of a double tractor-trailer truck on a charge of driving while intoxicated Saturday evening.

About 11:25 p.m., state police received a complaint from another driver about a truck driver all over the road and who had “possibly struck a guardrail on I-89 in the town of Warner,” according to a news release.
