Now that the leaves are falling, are you thinking about winter fun yet?

Construction is underway on Phase II of Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore Mountain in North Conway.

This is the second phase of a $50 million development that will transform the resort into a mixed-use community with year-round residences and expanded base facilities. When the project is completed, six new buildings and a total of 106 condominiums will have been added to Cranmore’s base area. The first two buildings will be residential, while the third and fourth will replace existing base lodges with 45,000 square feet of new lodge space.

Phase II of Kearsarge Brook Condominiums will be attached to Building One of Kearsarge Brook, providing an additional 19 residences to the 18-unit building. Located at the base of Cranmore’s South Slope, residences offer easy access to the slopes and expansive views of Cranmore and the surrounding White Mountains.

Phase II residences includes two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from approximately 1,249 to 2,082 square feet. All Phase II units include an ensuite master, stone-faced propane fireplace in the main living area, a patio (first floor units) or balcony, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire home.

Badger Realty is the official real estate broker for Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore.

Eileen Difeo, sales associate with Badger, said Phase I is all sold out, and they have seven units pre-sold/under contract for Phase II.

Difeo said all Phase II buyers will choose their own finishes from offered packages, which include granite and quartz counter top choices, ledger-stone options for the fireplaces and more.

Prices for Phase II condos range from $439,000 to $729,000, according to an email from Difeo.

Additional Kearsarge Brook features and amenities include gated parking, elevator access to floors two through four, and membership options for an onsite fitness room and year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

Cranmore owner, Brian Fairbank, who also operates Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in Massachusetts and Bromley Mountain in Vermont, implemented a similar development at Jiminy Peak. Fairbank applauded Cranmore President and General Manager Ben Wilcox during a groundbreaking ceremony in August. “When I look at where we were with Cranmore just 10 years ago, it’s amazing what we have accomplished in the 10 short years.”
