U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar, with bipartisan help, introduced a bill Monday that seeks to help small businesses in rural areas.

Cuellar, D-Texas, passed the bipartisan Expanding Access to Capital for Rural Job Creators Act with co-sponsors Congressman Chris Pappas, D- New Hampshire; Alex X. Mooney, R-West Virginia; and Congresswoman Teresa Leger Fernandez, D-New Mexico, to help small businesses in rural areas access capital.
