A Londonderry resident has brought a complaint accusing Town Manager Kevin Smith of politicking for a U.S. Senate campaign while on taxpayer time. A Smith campaign spokesman denied the charge and said the tweets were appropriate.

In a complaint filed with Attorney General John Formella last week, Jim Green and Michaela Hites said Smith repeatedly posted campaign-related statements on Twitter during working hours over the past two months.
