MANCHESTER — Manchester police said a month-long drug investigation yielded drugs, cash, a gun and the arrest of a local man Wednesday.
Brandon Andrade, 28, was charged with two counts of the sale of controlled drugs and two counts of possession with intent to distribute. Andrade was also charged with being a habitual offender under motor vehicle laws.
Members of the Manchester SWAT team pulled Andrade over in the area of Union and Maple Streets where he had been driving a 2005 Jeep Cherokee.
A search of the car found Andrade in possession of 26 grams of heroin, three-tenths of a gram of crack cocaine and $2,000 in cash.
Investigators got a search warrant of a Prospect Street apartment and seized a loaded handgun, 211 grams of suspected heroin and fentanyl with a street value of $10,000 and 10.7 grams of crack cocaine.
Andrade had been scheduled to appear Thursday in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
