LOUDON — A local woman was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Route 106 Sunday night and another driver involved faces a DWI charge, state police said.

Angelica Lane, 22, was stopped in the northbound lane waiting to make a left turn into 717 Route 106 about 9:45 p.m. when she was hit from behind by a Jeep Cherokee driven by Maggie Doorlag, 27, of Concord, state police said.

The impact of the crash pushed the Lexus ES330 Lane was driving into the southbound lane, where it was hit by a southbound Dodge Ram pickup driven by Travis Dunn, 29, of Chichester, police said.

Lane suffered fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene, according to a news release.

Doorlag and Dunn, as well as Jamie Middleton, 28, of Chichester, a passenger in Dunn’s truck, suffered minor injuries, police said. A 1-year-old passenger in the truck suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries and was taken to Concord Hospital, state police said.

Doorlag was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 11, police said.

Route 106 was closed for about five hours, police said, from Shaker Road to Clough Hill Road.
