Thursday, April 18

Hooksett: 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Free Photos with the Easter Bunny - Bass Pro Shops, 2 Commerce Dr., Hooksett. Families are invited to celebrate Easter at Bass Pro Shops this spring by enjoying free photos with the Easter Bunny. 

Friday, April 19 (GOOD FRIDAY)

Bretton Woods: 12 p.m. - Easter in the Mountains - Omni Mount Washington Hotel, Great Hall, 310 Mount Washington Hotel Rd., Bretton Woods. Join us for our annual Easter in the Mountains celebration at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. This weekend is full of activities and adventure even the Easter Bunny would enjoy. Signifying the beginning of spring for many, the Easter Bunny will bound through the resort, hiding his eggs and greeting guests of all ages. This year, enjoy an enchanting afternoon at our Spring Tea Party that will feature sweet treats and delicious teas. Of course, there will be plenty of time to decorate your Easter eggs, create magnificent Easter bonnets, baskets, and participate in the annual Omni Mount Washington Resort Egg Hunt!

Hooksett: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Free Easter Family Fun - Bass Pro Shops, 2 Commerce Dr., Hooksett. Families are invited to celebrate Easter at Bass Pro Shops this spring by enjoying free photos with the Easter Bunny, crafts for the kids and an old-fashioned Easter egg hunt on April 20. The hunt is for kids ages 2-10 starting at 2 p.m. Plus, kids can eat free at all Bass Pro Shops signature restaurants while the Easter Bunny is in town. Crafts for kids from noon to 5 p.m. You'll be constructing a hanging bunny craft from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. 

Manchester: 6 p.m. - Cross Walk - Brookside Congregational Church, 2013 Elm St, Manchester - Cross walk with Jesus, our seventh year of this meditative Good Friday experience.  We will start at the Sanctuary front steps of the church and walk in the neighborhood while some carry a large wooden cross. We will walk in silence, stopping at certain places along the way to offer prayers and change cross bearers. The walk is weather permitting and alternatively a service is held inside the church.

Newport: 10:30 a.m. - Preschool Egg Drop Egg-Stravaganza - Corbin Covered Bridge, Newport. Bring your basket and watch the planes fly over while dropping eggs. Questions? Call 603-863-1332. 

Somersworth: 4:30 p.m. SHARP! - Easter Egg-Stravaganza Egg Hunt - Millennium Park, 99 Stackpole Rd., Somersworth. Join the Easter Bunny for the City's annual Easter Egg Hunt at Millennium Park. Be sure to bring a basket or bag to help collect all the colorful and prize-filled plastic eggs. This event is rain or shine. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult. Stratham: 9 a.m. - Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Stratham Hill Park, 270 Portsmouth Ave., Stratham. Photos with the bunny before your hunt begins! Find a special egg at the hunt and turn it in to the Parks and Recreation office with in a week of the event for a ‘special’ prize. Please limit the special eggs to one per family. Ages: Preschool through 5th grade. Free for residents.

Saturday, April 20

Barrington: 11 a.m. - Annual Egg Hunt - Town Gym - Bring your own basket to collect eggs. Bring boots and appropriate clothing in case there is still snow on the playground! This event is for Barrington Residents Only! Egg Hunts are hosted and paid for by The Barrington Public Library and the Barrington Recreation Department. A story time and free book for each child will be provided. We thank our volunteers and book donors who make this event possible.

Candia: 11:30 a.m. - "24th Annual Hunt for the Golden Egg" Easter Egg Hunt - Moore Park, Route 27, Candia. The Easter Bunny is getting up early in the morning to hide all the plastic eggs (which are filled with delicious candy). Children ages 1 year through 4th grade are invited to join in the fun. The hunt is divided into five groups: ages 1-3, age 4 - K, R-1 grade, 2nd grade, and 3rd/4th grade. There will be an Easter Bunny helper in each area to start the hunt and to give out the special surprises. Each age group has 1 Large Golden Egg, if you find it the Easter Bunny will give you a special Easter Basket. There are also 10 regular eggs in each age group that have a message inside letting you know you will get a special gift, so check ALL your eggs before you go home! We will have bins at each age group to recycle your eggs for next year’s hunt! Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and don’t forget to bring your own basket for carrying all the eggs you find. The Easter Bunny will be there to greet one and all. Rain/snow date will be Saturday, April 27 at 11:30 a.m. Free Admission. We are still looking for donations from local businesses to help cover the cost of the event this year. In the event of inclement weather, the egg hunt will be -moved to the CSBCC, right across the street.

Concord: 9:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. - 2019 Eggstravaganza - Kimball Jenkins Estate, Concord - Egg Hunt is at 10:15 a.m. SHARP! Bouncy House, photos with the Easter Bunny. Family Fun For Kids 1-11. Free and open to the public.

Enfield - 10 a.m. - Huse Memorial Park, Route 4 & South Main St., Enfield. Registration begins at 10 a.m. The egg hunt will begin at 10:30 a.m. 

Gilford: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. - Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and Friends - Gilford Youth Center, 19 Potter Hill Rd., Gilford. For the 10th straight year, The Gilford Youth Center and Gilford Parks and Recreation are hosting "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and Friends" on Saturday, April 20th, 8-10 am. This is a pancake breakfast for both kids and adults. Kids can have their picture taken with the Easter bunny. There will be prizes, face painting, cookie walk, coloring contest and raffles. Proceeds from the event will help fund future Gilford Youth Center programs. Cost is $4 for kids, $6 for adults. No reservations are needed.  

Greenland: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. - Rolling Green Nursery, 64 Breakfast Hill Rd., Greenland. We will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20, starting at 10:30 a.m. SHARP. Mark your calendars for a morning of outdoor fun with the kids. Arrive early for a photo opportunity with Peter Rabbit! We will also be making pollinator seed balls for you to take home with you.  

Hampstead: 2-3 p.m. Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Hampstead Congregational Church, 61 Main St., Hampstead. This event has been growing and getting bigger as the years go on. We will be starting in Hadley Hall with face painting, pictures with Easter Bunny, coloring and egg dyeing with light snacks. Then we will head outside to the Easter Egg Hunt that is broken up in a few different age groups. So if you have a toddler we will have a safe place for them to hunt without the bigger kids. 

Hampton Falls: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Applecrest's 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Applecrest Farm Orchards, 133 Exeter Rd, Hampton Falls. Come enjoy a family-fun morning that includes a complimentary kids' hunt for goody-filled eggs, a visit with the Easter Bunny, play time with live bunnies, and more. 

Hooksett: Noon - 6 p.m. - Free Easter Family Fun - Bass Pro Shops, 2 Commerce Dr., Hooksett. Families are invited to celebrate Easter at Bass Pro Shops this spring by enjoying free photos with the Easter Bunny, crafts for the kids and more. An Easter egg hunt for kids ages 2-10 will take place at 2 p.m. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. at store’s main entrance and hunt starts promptly at 2 p.m. Plus, kids can eat free at all Bass Pro Shops signature restaurants while the Easter Bunny is in town. Crafts for kids held between noon and 5 p.m. You'll be constructing a standing Easter Bunny.

Keene: 9 a.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - The annual Easter Egg Hunt is held at Fuller Park, in front of the Recreation Center on Washington Street for Keene resident youngsters age 3-8 years old. Bring your basket for collecting. This event is free for Keene residents. Sponsored by KPRD and Ye Goodie Shoppe.

Manchester: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Stark Park, N. River Rd., Manchester - Grab your baskets and hop on over to Stark Park for our 13th annual egg hunt EGG-Stravaganza on Saturday, April 20th, 2019! The hunt is open to all children 8 years old and younger, accompanied by an adult. There will be separate areas for ages 4 and under, ages 5-6, and ages 7-8. Bags will be available for those without a basket. No parking is permitted in Stark Park for this event. Please park on Elm Street near Webster School. A police officer will assist with crossing River Road. Arrive at 10 a.m. to enjoy face painting, photos with the Easter Bunny, visit the Mounted Patrol, and climb into a Fire Truck! The Egg Hunt starts at 11 a.m. SHARP!! Some eggs have prizes, and even the Easter Bunny has been known to hop by from time to time. Don’t miss this beloved event!

Milford: 11:15 a.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Milford Recreation Department, Nashua St., Milford. Photos with the Easter Bunny, fun games, raffles. Milford Residents ONLY please. Bring your own basket! Rain location: Town Hall Auditorium.

Newmarket: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Newmarket's Easter Eggscellant Hunt - Newmarket Rec Fields and Park, 1 Terrace Dr., Newmarket. The Newmarket Recreation Department and Great Bay Kids Company presents our Annual Easter Eggscellant Hunt and Fun! The egg hunt is held at the Newmarket Community Center and Leo Landroche Field. The egg hunt is a stagger start by age: Ages 3 and under start a 9 a.m., Ages 4-5 start at 9:10 a.m., and Ages 6-12 start at 9:30 a.m. Over 4000 eggs hidden and tons of prizes to be won! BYOB (basket)! Great Bay Kids Company will be hosting additional games from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. such as: Easter egg tree, face painting, Easter raffle, pictures with the Easter bunny, cookie decorating plus a whole lot more Easter carnival game fun! Participants must purchase tickets to play various games. In order to participate in the Hunt all egg hunters must be wearing a participation bracelet - which are now on sale at the Rec Center and will also be available to purchase that day. Cost: $3/participant or $5/family.

Newport: 1 p.m. - Free Community Easter Egg Hunt - Horsey Park, 65 Belknap Ave., Newport. 10,000 eggs. 6th grade and below. 

Plaistow: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Spring Egg Hunt - Plaistow Community YMCA, 175 Plaistow Road, Plaistow. In addition to our Egg Hunt The Easter Bunny will be hopping by and will be available for photos! We will also be raffling off themed baskets throughout the event. All proceeds of the Raffle will be going towards our annual campaign.

Plymouth: 10:15 a.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Pease Public Library, 1 Russell St., Plymouth. Two lucky kids will win an Easter Basket! Kids 5 and under can hunt the children's room. "Big kids" can hunt the rest of the library. Don't be late, it goes fast! Please bring your own baskets. Sponsored by the Young Ladies Library Association. 

Sunapee: 9:30 p.m. SHARP! - Sunapee Harbor - Come join Sunapee Recreation and its annual Easter Egg Hunt! Open to all ages 9 yrs and younger. Bring your own basket. Pictures with the Easter Bunny too! 

Swanzey: 10 a.m. - Mt. Caeser School, 585 Old Homestead Highway, Swanzey. 

Woodsville: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Robert E. Clifford Memorial Building, 65 S. Court St., Woodsville. Outside egg hunt, coloring contest, decorate a cookie,, count the jelly beans and face painting. Easter bunny will be there for photos so bring your cameras.

Sunday, April 21 (EASTER)

Bretton Woods: 12 noon - Mt. Washington Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza - Omni Mt. Washington Resort, Great Hall, 310 Mount Washington Hotel Rd., Bretton Woods - The Easter Bunny advised us that he will be hiding over 6,000 colorful eggs throughout the hotel. All the little bunnies are invited to hop on over for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Please meet in the Great Hall by 7:50 a.m. At 8 a.m., the hunt will begin! A separate location for the wee ones (age 0-3) will be clearly marked. Although the hunt begins inside, the Easter Bunny may have left some sweet surprises outside the hotel as well, make sure you have your coats and boots readily available. The redemption area for found eggs will be located in the Great Hall beginning at 8 a.m.

Concord: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Easter Brunch with Petting Zoo and Egg Hunt - Grappone Conference Center, 70 Constitution Ave., Concord. Largest Easter Brunch in Concord with Petting Zoo & Easter Egg Hunt. Petting Zoo with Miles Smith Farm & Easter Egg Hunt benefiting The Friends Program. Buffet cost: $25.

Gorham: 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Wildcat Mountain Resort, Route 16, Pinkham Notch. Join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt at Wildcat Mountain open to all children ages 12 and under with a valid lift ticket or season pass and participants do need to be on skis or snowboard. Hunt is held at the top of the Snowcat Triple Chairlift. Prizes: In addition to candy treats, lucky hunters are going to find bonus prizes to enjoy the Wildcat Scenic Gondola, Wildcat ZipRider and Attitash Mountain Resort summer attractions. Also, one lucky child is going to walk away with a 2019/20 new Explorer Youth or Scout Peak Pass! Requirements: Age 12 and under. We want to see this place filled with family, friends and Ones ready to hear the good news of Easter. If you can’t make it for Easter at the Arena on Sunday, we will also be having an service on Thursday, April 18th at 7 p.m. at the Bedford campus. 

Manchester: 11:30 a.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Brookside Congregational Church, 2013 Elm St, Manchester - Easter Egg Hunt is for children following worship for children 4th grade and under.. Prior to the Easter Egg Hunt (at 10 a.m.) there will be Easter worship service in the church sanctuary with the Brookside Choirs and the Nottingham Brass. Guest speaker is Rev. Egg Hunt and activities. The Hunt kicks off at 9 am sharp and goes quickly!  Be there with your basket to collect your eggs.  The event will be complete by 9:20 am. This hunt is for infants through 9 years old. There will be an infant and toddler room complete with eggs hidden in our soft furniture. The Bunny will be joining us to hand out treats and for pictures.  There will also be face painting. 

Lebanon: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. - CCBA Easter Egg Hunt - Kids ages 2 - 8 join us for our community Easter Egg Hunt! Bring your own basket and join the fun. Arts & Crafts, Refreshments, and a visit from the Easter Bunny make the morning lots of fun. Be here by 10 a.m. SHARP to hunt eggs. All Around Towne Photography will be here for photos with the Easter Bunny (fee).

Manchester: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Easter Bunny Visits Van Otis - Van Otis Chocolates, 341 Elm St., Manchester - The Easter bunny is taking a break from candy making and egg decorating to visit Van Otis Chocolates! Come take your picture with the Easter Bunny; you'll even get a special chocolate treat. The Easter bunny is only here for ONE day! This is a FREE event and NO reservations are required.

New London: 6-7 p.m. - Adult Easter Egg Hunt - New London Historical Society, 179 Little Sunapee Rd., New London. It's back! An Adults only - Easter Egg hunt! Eggs are filled with items adults would enjoy, with a grand prize this year of an I-Pad Mini. Register online at www.nlrec.com or call 603-526-6401. The cost to participate is $20. Proceeds benefit the New London Recreation scholarship fund.

Saturday, April 13

Bedford: 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Our Promise to Nicholas Foundation Egg Hunt Festival 2019 - NH Sportsplex, Building #2, 68 Technology Dr., Bedford. 10,000 eggs! That's right! Over 10,000 candy filled eggs will be ready for your little ones to gather up at the year’s Easter Egg Hunt Festival This is popular family fundraising event from Our Promise to Nicholas Foundation (OPTN), now it its 11th year, has become a favorite of the Hillsborough County residents and their children. The Easter Bunny is ready with 10,000 candy and prize filled eggs. "Wally or Tessie" from the Red Sox is coming to meet and great all those young (and not so young) Red Sox fans. For those not actively "hunting," there will be live entertainment from Toe Jam Puppet Band and the Disney princesses are back! Also, at the hunt will be Fisher Cat’s mascot Fungo, lovable characters, bounce houses, kids games,lots of prizes, face painting, Canvas Road Show, clowns, silent auction, a bake sale, and huge raffle for amazing Easter Baskets. Our goal for 2019 is to continue to raise funds to support expert nursing care for children suffering from Batten Disease and fund essential research supporting a national data base and patent registry through the University of Rochester and Massachusetts General Hospital. Tickets are being sold online for $8 per person or $28 per family or $10 per person and $32 per family at the door.

Bow: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. - Easter Egg Hunt & Breakfast Buffet - Bow Elementary School, 22 Bow Center Road Bow, NH. 8:30-9:45 a.m. Breakfast Buffet, Meet the Easter Bunny & Bowgie, and fun crafts 10 a.m. EGG HUNT. Breakfast Buffet Cost: $4 child 12 and under or $8 adult. Breakfast Buffet Menu: Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes (blueberry or chocolate chip), Sausage, Bacon, Home Fries, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Milk, and Juice.  

Canaan: 10 a.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Williams Field, Mascoma Valley Rd., Canaan. Be sure to keep an eye out for the golden egg!

Concord: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Easter Egg Hunt - Future in Sight, 25 Walker St., Concord. This hunt is for any child with vision loss. Children will have an opportunity to hunt for rare, beeping eggs! By providing youth an opportunity to experience activities they never thought possible we hope to foster self-confidence and a sense of adventure! A minimum donation of $10 per participant is required and will be collected the day of the event. Space is limited for this adventure so please register by contacting Stephanie Hurd, Community Relations Coordinator at (603) 545-4345 or at shurd@futureinsight.org with "Youth Adventures" in the subject line.  

Derry: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Easter Bunny Photos with Pets - Woof Meow Family Pet Center, 19 Manchester Rd A., Derry, NH. We have a great time seeing the 'after' photos with our customer's pets with the Easter Bunny. Hope to see you for your pet's pictures.

Derry: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Pinkerton Academy, Shepard Building, 5 Pinkerton St, Derry, NH. This event is free for all ages. Egg hunts will happen every hour. Take a picture with the Easter Bunny!

Dover: 3 p.m. - 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Tendercrop Farm - Tendercrop Farm at the Red Barn, 123 Dover Point Rd, Dover. Easter Egg Hunt is for children ages 2-6. Dress appropriately for the weather. Cost is $5 per child.

Exeter: 1-3 p.m. - An Easter Family Story Hour - Raynes Farm, 61 Newfields Rd., Exeter. Come join us for a fun-filled family gathering – featuring a story hour with local readers each reading their favorite Easter/Spring stories, baby chicks, local rotisserie chicken sandwiches from neighboring Vernon Family Farm, and a giant Easter Egg Hunt! All ages welcome. All ages welcome – come join in the fun! Cost: $7 person / $22 family  

Exeter: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Churchill's Garden Center, 12 Hampton Road, Exeter. Come Join the Easter Bunny on a hunt for Easter eggs around Churchill's. Egg hunt starts promptly at 11 a.m. so please arrive early.

Hampton: 11 a.m. - Easter Egg Dig - Hampton Beach, Main Beach at the Seashell Stage. The Easter Bunny will be joining us once again with thousands of eggs hidden in the sand. Hooksett: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. - Free Easter Family Fun - Bass Pro Shops, 2 Commerce Dr., Hooksett. Families are invited to celebrate Easter at Bass Pro Shops this spring by enjoying free photos with the Easter Bunny, crafts for the kids and an old-fashioned Easter egg hunt. Plus, kids can eat free at all Bass Pro Shops signature restaurants while the Easter Bunny is in town. Crafts for kids from noon to 5 p.m. You'll be decorating an Easter wreath.

Hudson: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. - Easter Craft and Vendor Family Event - American Post 48, 2 Fulton St, Hudson, NH. Bring the family - it’s Free. Free raffles for door prizes. Each child will get a filled Easter Egg with special treats inside. We have the Easter Bunny and there will be a scavenger hunt, face painting, cash raffles for the food pantry, shopping, crafts, vendors and more.

Londonderry: 11 a.m. - Easter Celebration - Aviation Museum of New Hampshire, 27 Navigator Road, Londonderry. Celebrate the season by joining in family-oriented fun at the Aviation Museum. Crafts and treats and stories, oh my! Join us on the Saturday before Easter for a fun-filled family event to celebrate the season.  We're still working out the details, but it's sure to be eggs-citing! Weather-permitting, we may try to offer some outdoor activities so everyone can enjoy spring's arrival.

Merrimack: 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - 27th Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Wasserman Park, 116 Naticook Rd., Merrimack. Join Merrimack Parks & Recreation and Merrimack Friends & Families for the 27th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Wasserman Park. For this year's event, we have 10,000 Easter eggs ready to hand out between our 5 different groups. Each group has a specific time for their Easter Egg Hunt. All children should bring their own Easter basket to collect your eggs in. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos inside the Function Hall from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. and Merrimack Friends & Families will be holding a charitable bake sale during the event. This free event is open to Merrimack, NH residents. Please refrain from taking more than what can fit to be sure everyone gets eggs. Waterville Valley: 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Waterville Valley Easter Egg Hunt - Waterville Valley Town Square - The Waterville Valley Recreation Department has teamed up with the Easter Bunny for a giant egg hunt. Find an egg with a golden ticket and win great prizes! Ages 11 and under please. Light refreshments served. Please bring your own basket and dress to hunt for eggs outside.
