GOFFSTOWN – Langley Construction recently completed its new headquarters at 14A Tatro Drive. The new 2,600-square-foot building is positioned above the cul-de-sac on Tatro Drive off Route 114.
The firm has provided a wide variety of construction management to many well-known New Hampshire businesses, such as Vitex, Ray the Mover, Bonneville and Son Dodge/Jeep Dealership, and many climate-controlled self-storage complexes.
Stephen Langley founded Langley Construction in 1986 in Goffstown with a business philosophy focused on high quality and slow growth.
Langley Construction has always been a family-owned and operated business, with Stephen as president, and Denise Langley as executive vice president.
In 2014, son Trevor Langley became vice president/superintendent. Trevor grew up working at the company, then graduated from the University of Maine in 2010 with a degree in construction management technology.
He was accepted into the prestigious Francis Crow Society of Civil Engineers. Trevor served his country in the Marine Corp. as an infantry officer for four years.
Since 2014, he has been an integral part of the Langley Construction expansion.
The newest member of the Langley family is daughter Page Langley as finance officer, who will provide much-needed support for the growing construction firm.
The Langley team brought many years of expertise in site development and carved the space for a dramatic perch with a major ledge cut into the hillside.
The new building was designed with a meeting space large enough for in-depth customer meetings, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 100-year-old petrified tree taken from the site that serves as the conference table base.
The new headquarters also features state-of-the-art work space and offices to facilitate the engineering and many planning stages of their projects.
Langley Construction is a full-service commercial and industrial general contractor that provides in-depth construction management services.
