To the Editor: The news moves so fast, it seems hard to keep up. However, one thing seems to linger. The President seems to have no off button nor any sense of the truth. He is, in short, a bully.

Name calling is a bully’s first and easiest method of bullying... just open your mouth. President Trump seems adept at this. He has for years called people names or spread misinformation . From the Obama birther movement, to Hilary Clinton (Nasty Woman), to Elizabeth Warren (Pocahontas) and others, to the recent attempt at bullying four young Congresswomen......the spate of hate, bigotry and misinformation continues.

These four young women stood up to him and his lies.

It is time to realize that these four extraordinary women are going to be what it takes to remove this man from office. I urge all of the members of the Senate and the House as well as those running for the Democratic nomination for President to join them. You all know it’s wrong to call people names and no one should stand for it; especially those who have the power to stop President Trump’s constant bullying blather of threats, lies and name-calling. It is time that this behavior is stopped cold in its tracks. I have the feeling that these four young Congresswomen will be the ones who start to put an end to this type of bullying.
