To the Editor: Speaking of Sunshine Week, it is astonishing that the N.H. DOJ attorney argues there is no public interest in knowing the names of cops on the Laurie List.

Not one member of the public needs to know if their town is hiring bad cops. Not one member of the public needs to know how epidemic the problem is across the entire state. Not one member of the public needs to know that their tax dollars are being spent prosecuting people using dishonest cops as the prime witnesses.

Nope. Not at all. Move along, folks.
