Plymouth State University senior Josh Goulet was named the New England Region Player of the Year and selected to the website’s All-New England First Team.

Goulet, who is from Nashua, earned a .410 batting average and registered a school-record 13 home runs and a school-record 47 RBIs during his senior season, both of which led the Little East Conference. The Nashua South graduate also led the LEC in slugging percentage (.806), and fielding percentage (1.000) and finished second in the conference in runs scored (47), doubles (16) and total bases (116).

Goulet graduated as the program’s all-time leader in runs scored (132) and stolen bases (98).
