Three Keene State College lacrosse players were honored by the Little East Conference on Monday.
Sophomore Joe Nutting, of Amherst, was named the league’s Offensive Player of the Week. Sophomore goalie Chase Chamberlin, of Bow, is the Goalie of the Week. And on the women’s side, freshman Brigid Casey, of Mont Vernon, picked up Rookie of the Week honors.
Nutting had nine goals and three assists for the week as the Owls beat Plymouth State and Western Connecticut to clinch a seventh straight league crown.
He has 31 goals and 13 assists for the season.
Chamberlin made 13 saves in those wins.
Casey finished with six goals and four assists as the Owl women earned two triumphs. She has 44 goals and 20 assists thus far this season.
