Hooksett’s Matt Paradis of the Southern New Hampshire University golf team became the first All-American in program history when he was selected as a Golf Coaches Association of America PING All-America Third Team honoree.

Paradis had quite a senior year. Also the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Year, he averaged a team-best 71.7 per round over 25 rounds this season. He won five medalist honors, including the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional.

Paradis set an NE-10 record with an 8-under at the league championship, becoming the first golfer since 2013 to take back-to-back NE-10 crowns.
