UNH freshman forward Angus Crookshank was named Hockey East Rookie of the Week for his performance in the Wildcats’ 4-3 victory over Bentley on Sunday at the Whittemore Center.

Crookshank had a goal and an assist in the contest. He is on a four-game point streak with three goals and four assists for seven points. For the season, the native of North Vancouver, British Columbia has five goals and eight assists.

The Wildcats return to league action on Friday night at home against Merrimack, then host No. 15 Yale in a non-conference game on Saturday night. Opening faceoff for both nights is set for 7 p.m.
