Red Sox prospect Bobby Dalbec hit a two-run homer to help the Portland Sea Dogs past the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 6-3 in an Eastern League Fourth of July game on Thursday night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium in Manchester.

Dalbec, the No. 2 prospect in the organization, hit a two-run homer in the fourth inning to erase a 1-0 deficit. Luke Tendler added a two-run homer later in the inning off starter and losing pitcher Zach Logue (3-6).

Brett Netzer doubled home a run, then scored on Tendler's double in the sixth to increase the visitors' lead.

Kutter Crawford (1-1), the first of three Portland pitchers, earned the win with six innings of five-hit ball. He allowed both runs, walking three and fanning nine.

New Hampshire's Christian Williams hit a solo homer in the ninth as part of his three-hit night. The Fisher Cats were outhit, 8-6.

The teams continue their weekend series Friday night at 7.
