The host Hartford Yard Goats scored the winning run on a throwing error in the 10th inning to beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 5-4 on Sunday.

Patrick Kivlehan homered and doubled for the Fisher Cats. New Hampshire starter Nate Pearson pitched four innings and allowed three runs (all earned) on seven hits.

The Fisher Cats returned to Manchester to open a homestand that begins on Tuesday night against Altoona. The homestand continues through Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day).
