The New Hampshire Fisher Cats broke a scoreless tie with four runs in the seventh inning and added two more in the eighth in a 6-2 road win over the Portland Sea Dogs on Sunday.

The Fisher Cats improved to 2-1 with the win.

Philip Clarke paced New Hampshire with two hits and three RBIs, while Spencer Horwitz had a pair of hits and two RBIs. Rafael Lantigua added two hits for the Fisher Cats.

Paxton Schultz picked up the win with four innings of scoreless relief. He gave up two hits and struck out seven. Hayden Juenger started for New Hampshire, going three hitless innings and striking out seven.

New Hampshire will host the Hartford Yard Goats on Tuesday (6:35 p.m.) in their home opener at Delta Dental Stadium.
