Nate Pearson pitched hitless ball over the first two innings, Willy Ortiz (1-3) worked the next five, Jake Fishman the next two and Ty Tice the ninth for his fourth save.
New Hampshire scored once in the first inning when red-hot Forrest Wall tripled and scored on Santiago Espinal's single, then twice in the second, on RBI hits by Chad Spanberger (a double) and Espinal.
