New Hampshire got two back in the fifth on a Christian Williams RBI single and an Alberto Mineo RBI triple.
Isaac Parades homered in the bottom of the fifth to give Erie a 5-2 lead, and Chad Spanberger homered in the sixth to make it 5-3.
Matt Manning (9-4) pitched seven innings to notch the win. He allowed four hits and three runs, striking out nine. Drew Carlton pitched a perfect ninth for his 13th save.
Newly acquired Thomas Hatch took the loss (0-1) in his Fisher Cats debut, allowing four runs on six hits in four innings. He fanned three.
The three-game series ends Sunday with a 1:35 p.m. game. The Fisher Cats return home Tuesday with a 7:05 p.m. game against Akron.
