Londonderry’s Darby Dupuis battles Merrimack’s Caila Scully for the ball at Londonderry High School on Wednesday.

The Hanover High and Pinkerton Academy of Derry boys’ soccer teams were forced to settle on a 2-2 tie on Wednesday after officials stopped the match due to darkness just four minutes into the overtime period.

Charlie Adams led Hanover with a goal — his 19th of the year — and an assist.

Reilly Beaulieu scored for the Astros to give them a 1-0 lead at halftime, but Hanover took the lead in the second thanks to goals from Adams and Kyle Doucette. Giovanni Iob knotted the score in the 53rd minute for Pinkerton.

Hanover moves to 12-2-1 heading into its regular season finale against Londonderry. Pinkerton is 1-11-3 with only Windham left on its schedule.

Lebanon 2, ConVal 0: In Lebanon, the Raiders jumped ahead early when Ryan Oliviera found the back of the net in the 10th minute. Logan Falzarano scored with one second remaining in the second half. Mather Kipka finished with three saves for ConVal (12-1-2). Jorgen Leuthauser stopped six shots in goal for Lebanon (14-1). Lebanon led 1-0 at halftime.

Girls’ soccer

Londonderry 8, Merrimack 0: In Londonderry, the Lancers scored six second-half goals. Alyssa Anderson had a hat trick and Mia Stowell scored two goals. Darby Dupuis, Abbie Ellis and Marissa Hyder each scored one. Olivia Stowell had four assists. Jasmine Richards made three saves for the shutout.  Amber Bacon stopped six shots for Merrimack. The Lancers finished the regular season 15-1. Merrimack is 6-9 with a home game against Goffstown left on Friday.

Division III Tournament

Gilford 4, Conant 1: In Gilford, Laurel Gingrich led the way with two goals and an assist for the sixth-seeded Eagles (12-3). Taryn Fountain and Shea Brown each contributed a goal and an assist. Jenna DeLuca had seven saves for Gilford. The Eagles will play No. 3 Bishop Brady in the quarterfinal round on Saturday. No. 11 Conant finishes the season 8-7.

Volleyball

St. Thomas 3, Somersworth 0: In Somersworth, Mady Buchalski had six kills for the Saints (9-6). Annabel Kossakoski contributed nine assists, Meagan Skowron had seven aces and Kateri True had 15 digs. Somersworth is 3-12.

Epping 3, Mascoma 0: In Canaan, Belle Snyder recorded four aces, five kills, five digs, and a block for Epping (13-2). Oakley Lustenberger added two aces, five digs and led Epping in assists with 24. Mascoma is 8-7.

Bishop Guertin 3, Goffstown 0: In Nashua, Alicia Glasheen posted four aces, 12 assists and eight digs for the Cardinals (9-8). Both her assists and digs were second most on the team behind Kristen Coumas (16 assists) and Emma Charron (16 digs). Goffstown is 2-15.

Londonderry 3, Merrimack 1: In Merrimack, Anna Niezrecki’s 28 digs and three aces weren’t enough to get passed Londonderry (5-11). Isabella Smith had 20 assists and five kills for Merrimack (2-15). Eva Page added nine kills.

Campbell 3, Portsmouth Christian 1: In Litchfield, Catherine Carignan stuffed the stat sheet with four aces, five kills, eight digs and a block for the Cougars (10-5). Mallory Reczko added two aces, 13 kills, five digs and a block. Jordan Kanaley led Campbell with 36 assists. PCA is 5-10.

Pinkerton 3, Keene 0: In Keene, Ella Dandrade had nine kills, Reese Asselin notched four digs, Ella Koelb registered 28 assists and Ella Koelb had 11 service points and six aces for Pinkerton.

Hollis/Brookline 3, Nashua North 0: In Hollis,  Maren Anderson led the Cavaliers (17-0) with 15 kills. Kaleigh Whalen added 12 kills and Sydney Powers had four kills. Ellie Jordan notched three aces and nine digs, Sammie Sheppard had nine digs and Lauren Ingraham added four digs. Nashua North is 8-9
