Eight wrestlers earned top-three finishes to help Bow High School win its first ever NHIAA Division III championship Saturday at Pelham High School.

The Falcons finished runner-up to Plymouth both last year and in 2008.

Bow earned 165 points en route to the championship while Campbell of Litchfield earned runner-up honors with 152 points. Pelham (114.5), White Mountains of Whitefield (104) and Plymouth (103) rounded out out the top five finishers.

Bow had two individual champions in Zachary Anderson (126 pounds) and Will Zachistal (285). Anderson defeated Lebanon’s Caiden Skakalski, 10-2, in the 126-pound final. Zachistal pinned White Mountains’ Brandon Arnesen 4:54 into the 285-pound championship match to earn his title.

Wyatt Rheinhardt (106), Skylar Hattendorf (120) and Alex Boufford (160) all finished runner-up in their respective weight class for the Falcons.

Cavaliers are tops

Hollis/Brookline won the Division II championship after five of its wrestlers won individual crowns at Goffstown High School.

The state title marks the Cavaliers’ fifth in program history.

Hollis/Brookline’s Troy Moscatelli (120), Daniel Delong (126), Scott Anneser (160), Zachary Brickner (182) and Owen MacMillan (220) all finished as champions in their respective weight class.

The Cavaliers finished with 206 points to earn the crown. Bishop Guertin of Nashua (187) earned runner-up honors while Merrimack (176), Goffstown (165) and Milford (129) rounded out the top five.
