Milford’s Emmanuel Ughu picks up yardage earlier in action earlier this season. Ughu helped the Spartans earn a big road win on Friday at Kennett of Conway.

Caden Zalinski rushed for 154 yards and two touchdowns as Milford traveled to Conway and knocked off Kennett 42-21 on Friday night.

The Spartans, 5-1, also got an 86-yard run adn 58-yard punt return for scored from Gavin Urda, and 54 yards and a TD from Emmanuel Ughu. Kennett suffered its first loss and is 5-1.

Bow 45, Merrimack Valley 14: In Penacook, Thomas Rolla ran for 125 yards and five touchdowns on 13 carries, Andrew Bliss also had a rushing score and Andrew Robbins booted a 28-yard field goal for Bow (6-0). Rolla scored on runs of 7, 2, 19, 4 and 5 yards. Travis Knouse ran in a 2-yard score, Chase Keyser connected with Dylan Lessard for an 82-yard touchdown and Matthew Grandmaison made two extra-point kicks for Merrimack Valley (2-4).

Exeter 41, Spaulding 6: In Rochester, Jaedon Cliche ran for 145 yards and two touchdowns and Derek Edmiston gained 118 yards and scored twice as the Blue Hawks (5-1) rolled.

Cliche had scoring runs of 16 and 51 yards, and Edmiston had TD runs of 26 and 33 yards. Spencer Clark had a 6-yard TD run and Uly Ellis a 15-yard TD run as Exeter rolled up 395 rushing yards.

Jacob King’s 4-yard TD run in the third quarter was the only scoring for the Red Raiders (2-4). King gained 16 yards on 18 carries and Ryan Lane caught four passes for 52 yards.

Nashua South 19, Winnacunnet 0: In Hampton, Joseph Buturla’s 65-yard interception return for a touchdown highlighted South as the Panthers improved to 4-2. Quarterback Chris Keefe scored on a 40-yard keeper, and Josh Compoh had a 5-yard TD run. Winnacunnet is 1-5.

Monadnock 52, Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton 20: In East Swanzey, Jackson Lepisto returned two kickoffs for touchdowns and Lincoln Blodgett scored three times as the Huskies rolled.

Blodgett had scoring runs of 15, 12 and 49 yards. Lepisto ran back a kick in the first half, and the opening kickoff of the second half. Victor Lotito added a 4-yard run and a 16-yard pass from Nate Doyle to Zion Carroll.

Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton got TD runs of 68 and 45 yards from Colby Quiet, and a Max Costello 65-yard fumble return for a score.

Concord 22, Manchester Memorial 7: In Manchester, the Tide scored on offense, defense and special teams in the win.

Rylan Canabano blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown, quarterback Ronan McGonigle scored on a 19-yard run, and Jackson Tewksbury returned an interception 40 yards for a score. Cortland Miller also notched a safety for the Tide (2-4). Memorial is 1-5.

Dover 17, Portsmouth/Oyster River 7: In Dover, Darien Lopez-Sullivan threw two touchdown passes for the Green Wave (2-4). Max Casey added a 29-yard field goal. Jacob Boutin had a 66-yard TD run for the ClipperCats (3-3).

Pinkerton 28, Timberlane 0: In Derry, Nathan Campos passed for a touchdown and ran for one for the Astros.

Campos ran one in from 28 yards and connected with Gavin Auger on a 47-yard scoring strike.

Evan Wilson had a pair of 1-yard scoring runs. Pinkerton is 3-3. Timberlane is 0-6.

Plymouth 47, Kingswood 7: In Wolfeboro, Robert Oliver had two rushing touchdowns for the Bobcats, who improved to 4-2. JC Gaumer, Ian Tryder, Anthony Ciotti and Matt Cleary added TDs on the ground, and Trevan Sanborn had a receiving score from Cody Bannon.

Plymouth led 35-0 at the half.
