Heather Rohr made five saves to earn the shutout in the Merrimack High School field hockey team’s 3-0 Division I home victory over Keene on Monday.

Theresa Twardowsky, Megan Dinsmore and Kaitlyn Cota each scored and Erin Knauer logged two assists for the Tomahawks (4-3). Chloe Kapsambelis also had an assist for Merrimack. Keene is 3-3.

Manchester Central 4, Nashua South 0: In Manchester, Emily Ahern, Emma Dudley, Cat Jones and Grace Mayhew scored the goals and Julia Pariseau stopped two shots for the shutout. Central (1-4-1) had 12 penalty corners to two for South (1-5).

Windham 1, Concord 0: In Windham, Kenzi Suech put home the game-winning rebound goal following a Maddie O’Hare shot from the top of the circle and Kayla Antonucci made five saves to improve the Jaguars’ record to 5-1. Concord is 5-2.

Londonderry 2, Bishop Guertin 1: In Nashua, Lauren Doherty netted the game-winner and Courtney Shay also scored for Londonderry (7-0). The score was tied at 1-1 at halftime. Bishop Guertin is 3-3.

Manchester Memorial 5, Nashua North 1: In Manchester, Sydney Spenard scored twice while Isabella Giampa, Olivia Mack and Kelsey Burditt each added a goal for Memorial (2-5). Lauren Shaw scored the lone goal for Nashua North (0-7) via a penalty stroke in the first half.

Gilford 8, Franklin 0: In Franklin, Shea Brown recorded three goals and an assist while Lexi Shute and Laurel Gingrich both scored for Gilford (4-2). Gingrich also tallied an assist. Franklin is 0-8.

Girls’ soccer

Raymond 1, Trinity 0: In Manchester, Raymond (6-2) scored the game-winning goal in the 15th minute off a cross that was deflected just past the reach of Trinity (3-5) goalie Eliza Bloomquist.

Boys’ soccer

Bishop Guertin 1, Alvirne 0: In Nashua, Bishop Guertin (1-4-1) earned its first win of the season on Greivan Singh’s goal in the 60th minute. Alvirne of Hudson is 4-3.


Portsmouth 3, Merrimack 0: In Merrimack, Portsmouth (4-3) won, 25-16, 25-15, 25-20. Isabella Smith logged eight kills, 12 assists and five aces, Anna Niezrecki tallied 15 digs and Eva Page had seven kills and three aces for Merrimack (1-7).

Campbell 3, Moultonborough 2: In Litchfield, the Cougars ran their record to 4-0 in a five-game thriller, 25-16, 23-25, 25-15, 17-25 and 15-9. For Campbell, senior Ally McKenna had an ace, nine kills and three digs, and classmate Jordan Kanaley added four aces, three kills, three digs, one block and 27 assists. Junior Tori Allen notched two aces, six kills and a dig, and sophomore Catherine Carignan chipped in two aces, 10 kills and six digs. Elayna Montenero was the anchor in the back row.
