Carissa Towlson scored four goals, including the 200th of her career, to lead the Exeter High School girls’ hockey team to an 8-0 home win over Bishop Brady/Trinity/West on Saturday.

Towlson, a senior, reached the milestone with her fourth goal, which came in the third period. She also scored the game’s first three goals and finished with three assists.

Izzy Day earned the shutout in goal on 11 saves.

The Blue Hawks (10-4-1) also received a goal and three assists from Dakota Markey, two goals and a helper from Shauna Vadeboncoeur and a goal from Tish Boys.

Emily Senko made 36 saves for Bishop Brady/Trinity/West (10-4).

Souhegan 5, Lebanon/Stevens/Kearsarge 2: In Nashua, Shannon Paquette had a hat trick while Ryleigh Tobin and Callie McBride also scored for Souhegan of Amherst (8-5-1). Lebanon/Stevens/Kearsarge is 5-8.

Hanover 3, Concord 1: In Lebanon, Emily Forward scored the lone goal for Concord (12-2). Hanover improved to 8-4-1 and remains unbeaten against in-state competition.

Bishop Guertin 6, ConVal/Conant 0: In Nashua, Sarah King earned the shutout in net for Bishop Guertin (5-8). ConVal/Conant is 3-11.

Pinkerton 5, Bedford 3: In Hooksett, Kendall Cassidy and Dani Lucey both had a goal and an assist, Rachael Noble logged a goal and Hanna Paradis made 44 saves for Bedford (3-11). Pinkerton Academy of Derry improved to 5-7.

Boys’ hockey

Londonderry 3, Nashua North/Souhegan 1: In Nashua, Cole Ferguson, Nicholas Pitarys and Zack Rheault each scored while Anthony Federico had two assists for Londonderry (6-7-1). Nashua North/Souhegan (2-12) scored its lone goal in the first period.

Concord 2, Bishop Brady 1: In Concord, Kyle McKinnon scored the game-winner for the Crimson Tide (11-2) off assists from Devin Philbrick and Shane Riley. Philbrick recorded Concord’s first goal off an assist from Alex Forward in the first period. Bishop Brady of Concord (7-7-1) scored its lone goal in the opening frame.

Boys' hockey

Trinity 4, Nashua South/Pelham 1: In Goffstown, Jimmy Kosiarski, Josh Salzman, Declan Clougherty and Anthony DiZillo all scored while Ryan Brewitt made 16 saves for Trinity of Manchester (8-5-1). Riley Nutter scored the lone goal for Nashua South/Pelham (6-8-1).

Merrimack 5, Winnacunnet 2: In Manchester, Zach Stimeling tallied two goals and an assist and Andrew Frothingham also scored twice for Merrimack (7-5-1). Thomas Vaziri and Cole Woodman both scored for Winnacunnet of Hampton (4-10-1).

Monadnock/Fall Mountain 4, Kennett 0: In Conway, Chris Boucher had a goal and an assist while Alex Hudon, Justin Joslyn and Josh Roy also scored for Monadnock/Fall Mountain (10-2). Isaac Jasinski earned a 12-save shutout. Kennett is 6-9.

In Claremont on Friday, Lindsey Carey logged a game-high 21 points for ConVal of Peterborough (9-5). Stevens is 3-12.

Bedford 76, Exeter 55: In Exeter on Friday, Isabella King logged a team-high 22 points, Lizzy Stevenson recorded 11 and Alli Morgan and Emma Rosenbaum both had 10 for Bedford (12-2). Exeter is 7-7.

Boys’ basketball

ConVal 77, Stevens 21: In Peterborough on Friday, the Cougars (12-1) won their 11th straight behind a game-high 22 points from Max Richard and 15 from Tay Burgess. Stevens of Claremont is 0-13.
