Logan Falzarano capitalized on a bending ball that teammate Jake Begin sent over the Coe-Brown defense to score what ended up being the game winning goal in the 60th minute of Lebanon’s 2-1 win in Division II boys’ soccer Thursday.

After Cayden Donoghue headed a Thomas Daly corner kick past Lebanon goalkeeper Jorgen Leuthauser in the 24th minute, the Raiders cracked down defensively in the second half and held the Bears without a shot on goal.

The drought allowed Lebanon to start its comeback effort, which began in earnest when Ben Tichner redirected a loose ball into the Coe-Brown net after Tyler St. Martin had deflected a Falzarano corner kick in the 57th minute.

Lebanon improved to 3-1 on the season while Coe-Brown dropped to 2-3.
